Roles & Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Manage social media accounts including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube.
• Create and publish engaging content to increase audience engagement.
• Assist in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Support SEO initiatives to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies.

Lead Generation & Business Development

• Generate qualified leads through digital marketing activities.
• Research potential customers and target markets.
• Maintain and update lead databases.
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion rates.
• Support email marketing and outreach campaigns.

Content & Branding

• Assist in creating blogs, social media posts, case studies, newsletters, and promotional content.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Participate in branding and awareness campaigns.
• Support product launches and promotional activities.

Market Research & Analytics

• Conduct competitor analysis and industry research.
• Track marketing performance metrics and KPIs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Identify emerging trends and new marketing opportunities.
• Provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing concepts.
• Knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

Educational Qualification

• MBA in Marketing or related specialization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
