Position: AI Engineer (0–2 Years Experience)

As an AI Engineer at Cloneifypro, you will be responsible for building and optimizing AI-powered applications that make businesses smarter and more efficient. Your daily responsibilities will include:

1. Data Handling and Preprocessing

  • Collect, clean, and organize structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
  • Apply preprocessing techniques such as normalization, feature engineering, and data augmentation.
  • Work with large datasets to ensure data quality, consistency, and usability.

2. AI Model Development

  • Design, implement, and optimize machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) algorithms.
  • Experiment with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
  • Fine-tune existing models to achieve better accuracy and efficiency.
  • Build models for applications such as recommendation systems, NLP-based chatbots, computer vision, and predictive analytics.

3. Research and Innovation

  • Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, ML, and data science.
  • Contribute to developing AI-based prototypes and proof-of-concepts.
  • Research and test emerging tools, libraries, and AI techniques.

4. Software Development and Integration

  • Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into applications.
  • Deploy models into production environments using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Ensure models are scalable, efficient, and optimized for real-time use cases.

5. Collaboration and Teamwork

  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to understand project requirements.
  • Translate business needs into AI-based solutions.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to bring new ideas to life.

6. Testing and Optimization

  • Evaluate AI models using performance metrics such as precision, recall, and F1-score.
  • Debug and optimize AI pipelines for speed and accuracy.
  • Continuously monitor deployed models to improve outcomes.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, or Java; familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib.
  • Machine Learning Knowledge: Understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
  • Deep Learning Expertise: Basic knowledge of neural networks, CNNs, RNNs, and transformers.
  • Data Handling: Hands-on experience in SQL, NoSQL databases, and cloud-based data storage.
  • Tools & Frameworks: Exposure to TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to work in teams and explain technical concepts in simple terms.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  • Knowledge of Computer Vision applications (image recognition, object detection).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Understanding of MLOps tools and pipelines.
