As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in driving our company’s growth and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and leading a team of business development professionals. Your strong communication and managerial skills will be essential in achieving our company’s sales and revenue objectives.

Responsibility:

  • Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and targeting potential customers to expand our customer base.
  • Sales Leadership: Leads and coaches a team of business development professionals, providing coaching, training, and support to achieve sales goals.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify potential business leads and gain a competitive advantage.
  • Sales Presentations: Create compelling presentations and proposals to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to customers.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure you successfully acquire new customers while meeting your sales goals.
  • Budget Management: Works with Finance to manage budgets related to business development activities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance, generate periodic reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience and product/service improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • A strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
